Approach

Built around your part. Your machines and your targets set the process. Calculation and simulation can be done remotely; implementation and validation take place at your machine.

CutView machine database

Machine database

Your machine's real data: axis drives, spindle power and torque curve as well as chip-to-chip times, so the calculation reflects how your machine actually performs.

CutView list of machining operations

Machining operations

Every step of the machining process, defined in sequence.

CutView machining step with cutting data

Cutting data per step

Each operation with its type, the chosen tool and the correct cutting parameters.

CutView process time and capacity table

Cycle time and capacity

The resulting cycle time gives you a clear picture of the capacity you can plan with and the cost per part.

Phase 1 · Process development with CutView

Know your numbers before you commit

We calculate cycle times with CutView for your part, based on your machine and realistic cutting data. These times are reproducible on the shop floor. Together with you, we select the tools, develop the fixture concept and refine the process. With this information, you can quote with confidence or make sound investment decisions. Phase 1 is offered at a fixed price, scoped to your part. It is the groundwork for Phases 2 and 3. You decide whether to continue with us. Either way, you keep the Phase 1 results for your own use.

Conditions: If the basis defined in Phase 1 changes (drawing, part, machine or requirements), additional work in Phases 2 and 3 may be required and will be charged separately.

Phase 2 · Process refinement and verification with Eureka

Verified before the first chip

Tools and fixtures are finalized and produced by our partners, and programs are written for your controller. Siemens, Fanuc, Heidenhain and Brother are our daily business, and our experience lets us adapt to other controllers. The complete process is tested on a digital twin before it runs on your machine, so the implementation phase starts on proven ground instead of being tied up for trial and error.

Phase 3 · Process implementation and validation

Validated on your machine

Tools and fixtures are set up on your machine, the first parts are produced and the process is fine-tuned to comply with the drawing specifications. The cycle time is validated and, where required, machine and process capability studies (Cmk/Cpk) and PPAP prove that the process meets your requirements, through to handover to your team.

Running production · Process optimization

Better in series production

For parts already in production, we analyze the running process and optimize it where needed, whether in tool and fixture technology, cutting parameters or adjustments to your CNC programs.

Consulting

Independent manufacturing expertise. Not every part needs a complete turnkey process at first. We also support you with individual tasks.

  • Cycle time study

Before sourcing: our Phase 1 process, offered on its own. Cycle times, expected capacities and investment calculated for your part. This supports you in defining your sourcing strategy.

  • Design for machining

Feedback on your part designs from the shop floor. We point out costly features early and propose more economical alternatives. This prevents manufacturing problems when going into production.

  • Know-how transfer

Coaching and training for your process engineers, so your shop can develop and optimize processes on its own.

Every assignment runs under NDA. Your data is used only for your project.
